It is conducted under the patronage and rules approved by the World Photography Union (WPU) and CIPA, with entries judged across five sections: Art Color, Art Mono, Record Human, Record Nature, and Unlimited. Entrants submit digital JPG images meeting specified technical requirements, with awards including WPU Gold Medals and Salon E-Certificates.
