AKC Photo Contest
The American Kennel Club's annual photo contest inviting entrants to submit photos based on a yearly theme for a chance at cash prizes.
Open to photographers aged 18 and older, the 2026 AKC Photo Contest asks entrants to submit images fitting this year's theme, 'The Great Outdoors.' Entries are judged by a panel on creativity (40%), fit to the contest theme (30%), and quality of picture (30%). Entry is free, and cash prizes are awarded to the top three winners.
13th International Landscape Photographer of the Year

The 87th International Photographic Salon of Japan, the most historic photography competition in Japan.
The All-Japan Association of Photographic Societies“The International Photographic Salon of Japan,” is the oldest and most traditional contest organized by AJAPS. The All-Kansai and All-Kanto Associations of Photographic Societies consolidated into the All-Japan Association of Photographic Societies in 1926. As its first project, the 1st International Photographic Salon of Japan was held in 1927. The salon was initially held in alternate years and was temporarily suspended during World War II. Nevertheless, it has been held annually since the eleventh exhibition in 1951, and the current event is the 87th. Notification of Award-winning Photographers • Award-winning photographers will be contacted directly via email in late December or January. • Only award-winning photographers will be notified. We do not respond to inquiries about the results. • The award-winning images are announced in The Asahi Shimbun newspapers, in the “Photo Asahi” newsletter, and on the AJAPS website.

FIAPExhibition KIKWIT 2026 is an international photographic salon organized by PAC (patronage FIAP 2026/552), inviting photographers worldwide to submit their work for jury selection and exhibition in Congo. Accepted and awarded entries receive a PDF certificate, with 229 awards distributed, and results, jury notification and award delivery follow a multi-month schedule after judging.
