Discover one of Europe's most dramatic mountain ranges, with limestone peaks soaring to nearly 3,000 metres, golden alpine meadows and crystal-clear lakes. The tour visits iconic locations such as Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lago di Braies, Alpe di Siusi, Seceda, Passo Giau and Lago di Misurina, capturing the Dolomites' spectacular autumn colours. The group stays in two carefully selected hotels in Ortisei and Dobbiaco and receives personalised photography tuition throughout the trip.
Day-by-day plan
Day 1 (Sat 17 Oct): Arrival at Marco Polo Airport, Venice, transfer to the Dolomites; shoot St Johann Church (Val di Funes) and sunset at Santa Maddalena Church. Day 2 (Sun 18 Oct): Sunrise at the Chapel of San Maurizio (Val Gardena Pass); morning at Seceda mountain; afternoon/sunset at Baita Segantini and Passo Rolle. Day 3 (Mon 19 Oct): Full day exploring the Alpe di Siusi alpine meadow, sunset against the Sassolungo range. Day 4 (Tue 20 Oct): Passo Pordoi, Cappella della Visitazione (Passo Falzarego), Passo Giau, sunset at Lago di Misurina. Day 5 (Wed 21 Oct): Morning at Lago di Braies; afternoon circular hike to Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Rifugio Locatelli, sunset among the peaks. Day 6 (Thu 22 Oct): Sunrise at Lago di Misurina; Malga Ra Stua waterfalls; sunset at Lago Antorno. Day 7 (Fri 23 Oct): Early check-out and transfer to Marco Polo Airport, Venice, for the flight home.
