The tour explores Réunion, a little-known Indian Ocean island with few tourists. Subjects include colourful birds, exotic flora and fauna, numerous waterfalls, wave-battered coastlines with superb sunsets, an incredible volcanic landscape, and peaks above 3000 m rising from sea level. Participants learn landscape composition, panoramic and night photography techniques, and post-processing. Accommodation is in a fully rented villa on the sheltered west coast, near reef-protected beaches for snorkelling.
